Apple Oatmeal Smoothie is a healthy oatmeal and apple, breakfast smoothie recipe, packed with nutrients…..and believe me very filling! It combines the benefits of both oatmeal and apples and is a favourite of kids. In this recipe you can use regular milk also. It takes only five minutes to prepare this healthy and nutritious smoothie. The serving size is for one as per the ingredients mentioned below.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. Rolled oats
- 1 Apple , peeled and cubed
- 1 cup Soy Milk /Almond milk
- ¼ tsp. Vanilla extract ( or use a pinch of cinnamon)
- Honey / sugar, to taste
Method
- First add rolled oats into the blender and grind to form a fine powder. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve immediately. You can also add two or three dates instead of honey or sugar.
