APPLE ORANGE SMOOTHIE

Apple orange smoothie is a delicious and easy to make smoothie. Smoothies, as we all know, are a natural energy drink or can be a substitute for a quick breakfast. You can look up our different combinations of smoothies here. It takes only 10 minutes to make this delicious smoothie and can serve 2 people. This is a delicious fruit blend to kick start your day. It’s an easy way to pack in vitamins and give you a morning boost.

Now, let’s get ready to whiz up this nutritious smoothie…..

 

Ingredients

  • An Apple
  • 1 Banana
  • One cup Orange juice
  • 1 cup Greek Yoghurt
  • A handful of ice cubes (optional)

 

Method

  • Peel the banana and chop into slices.
  • Peel the apple with a knife or a swivel peeler. Chop the apple into small chunks and discard the core and pips.
  • Put all of the fruits, orange juice, yoghurt and ice (optional) into the blender.
  • Blend for 20 seconds or until smooth.
  • Serve chilled!!!
