I have bananas and dates always available in my kitchen. Today I had got some avocados also, so I thought of trying this filling smoothie. You can even substitute this smoothie for your mid-morning snack or even try this delicious fruit blend to kick start your day. Enjoy this banana avocado smoothie with friends and family.

Ingredients
- 1 Banana, chopped
- 1 Avocado, deseeded and scooped out
- 4-5 Dates, deseeded and chopped
- 1 ½ cups Greek Yoghurt
- Ice cubes
Method
- In a blender, add all the ingredients.
- Blend the ingredients until smooth.
- Add crushed ice cubes and blend quickly.
- Serve chilled.
