Banana Oats Sheera is a sweet dish or dessert recipe, which I make quite often when I have very ripe bananas. This recipe combines the health benefits of oats, banana, dates and milk. Oats and banana really go well together. Banana is packed with full of vitamins and provides instant energy. Oats are storehouses of iron and copper and full of fibre. Combining oats and banana gives good balanced meal for a great start (of the day).
