This crunchy masala macaroni is made with an Indian twist. It is a makeover of the traditional mac and cheese. It tastes like Bolognese, tastes like curry and smells like heaven.
I have used minced beef in this crunchy masala macaroni recipe. You can use any meat of your liking. Instead of using macaroni, the same recipe can be tried with penne pasta, spaghetti noodles, fusilli etc.
My kids adore this dish and so do I. It’s a quick and easy way of making a full meal with an Indian touch.
