Fabulously fruity flapjacks, as the name suggests, are fabulous and fruity, healthy and easy to make. Flapjacks are a tasty snack/ breakfast option made with the super healthy oats, seeds and dried fruits. You can add any seeds or fruits of your choice as per your liking. I have used seeds like sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds, dried fruits like dates, cashews, almonds and raisins. For a much healthier option, you can substitute butter with coconut oil (only for people who like the taste of coconut oil) and sugar with honey.
