Banana Tartlets

HEALTHY BANANA TARTLETS

Healthy banana tartlets are delicious tartlets made with all healthy ingredients. The benefits of the bananas are combined with honey, wheat flour and eggs. It is a very quick recipe and these ingredients are always available at home. You can quickly make these tartlets if you have guests calling over, the quantity of honey can be varied for the level of sweetness required. Quite often, I use different cake moulds to bake, so you can bake cup cakes, tartlets or bundt cakes with this mix. Now let’s try these healthy tartlets and you will love it.

Ingredients

  • 3 nos. Bananas
  • 2 Eggs, at room temperature
  • 1 ½ cups, wheat flour
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla essence
  • ½ cup Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda

For decorating:

  • Chocolate chips/ strawberries/ blueberries/ walnuts
  • 1 cup Fresh Cream

Method

  • In a mixing bowl, take the three bananas and mash it with a fork.
  • Add the eggs to it and mix thoroughly.
  • Next, add yoghurt, honey, vanilla essence and mix.
  • To this mix add wheat flour and baking soda and mix it again properly.
  • Scoop this mix into tartlet or cupcake moulds.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 350°F or 175°C.
  • After the tartlets are completely cooled, decorate with fresh cream and any of the ingredients mentioned under ‘For decorating’ section.
