Mango Poori

MANGO POORI

Mango poori is simply delicious and a variation to the normal pooris made with flour. Adding mango pulp to the flour gives these pooris the sweet flavour of mangoes. You can either use the ready-made mango pulp or if you have ripe mangoes at home, make pulp of the mangoes in a blender. Mango pulp makes this pooris sweet and soft, in addition to giving them a glorious colour which is visually appealing.

Mango poori is an all-time favourite of children because of its sweetness. These pooris can be consumed as breakfast or even as a snack. Any side dish will go well with this poori. You can pair it with chutneys or curries or even have them on their own.
