You can use a hand-held or stationary blender to make this recipe. In this recipe, I have not used blackberries but you can add them if you like.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango
- 1 ripe banana
- ¼ cup plain yogurt (vanilla, low-fat, no-fat, regular or soy options work too)
- ½ cup orange juice
- 15-20 blackberries (optional)
Directions
- Place all ingredients in blender.
- In addition, for a frozen effect, add ice cubes before blending.
- Blend and serve chilled.
