Microwave rava laddoo is a very easy to make recipe. This laddoo recipe takes only 4 minutes to make from start to finish. Microwave rava laddoo tastes completely different from the normal rava laddoos because it is made from condensed milk. It has a rich milk taste to it. It is so easy to make, to satisfy your urgent sugar craving….and also makes a perfect sweet for parties.
My microwave has power settings of 750 watts. In this recipe you can also powder rava if you want smooth laddoos. I have only used 1/3 cup condensed milk in this rescipe, you can increase it as per your taste.
Ingredients
- ½ cup Rava / Sooji
- 1/3 cup Condensed Milk
- 2 tbsp. Ghee
- 5 nos. Cashews, broken
- 10 nos. Raisins
- 1 tbsp. Milk
Method
- Take a microwave safe bowl, add in ghee, next add in cashews and raisins. Mix well and pop it in microwave and cook for 30 sec. Remove it and drain the nuts in a bowl.
- Now in the remaining ghee add in rava and mix well. Pop it in the microwave and cook for 1 min. Remove it and stir.
- Pop it in microwave and cook again for 1 minute. Remove it and stir. Always keep an eye when roasting rava or it may get burnt.
- Add in condensed milk and plain milk. Mix well.
- Pop it in microwave and cook for 1 minute again.
- Add in fried cashews and raisins and mix well.
- Take small portion of the mix and shape into balls.
- Let it cool down, then serve.
