Ingredients
- 4 leaves kale, stems removed
- 2 cups pineapple cubes, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 green apple, chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 5 cubes ice
Directions
- In a blender, pulse kale leaves and pineapple cubes with water until kale is broken up. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
