Prawn capsicum fry is a recipe different from the Kerala style prawn/ konju fry. The addition of bell peppers to this recipe gives it a different yet appealing taste. Prawn capsicum fry is a spicy, hot and totally delicious dish, which can be served as a side dish or a starter for parties. I made it completely South Indian style, but there are so many version of this recipe. For people who like that extra bit of spice you can add some crushed pepper and toss the curry in the end. Hope you enjoy this dish….
