Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups Milk, boiled and chilled
- 4 tbsps. Rooh Afza
- ½ tsp. Vanilla extract
- 1-2 tsps. Sugar, optional
- 3 tbsps. Almond flakes, optional
Method
- Boil the milk in a pan and chill it properly.
- Combine chilled milk, rooh afza and vanilla extract in a blender or mixer jar. Blend well all the ingredients until frothy.
- Pour into a serving glass.
- Top with almond flakes and serve chilled.
- For a variation, you can also add pistachios along with almonds. You can blend this along with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an exotic drink.
